Information only

This site presents the municipal taxi association of Caleta de Fuste, in Antigua (Fuerteventura): the radio taxi of that association. The texts explain the service, the fleet and the framework of the fares. Reading them does not create a transport contract with the association and does not set a vehicle aside.

The price of the ride remains the one on the meter, under the official tariff. What is published here is not a tariff of the website itself.

No account on this site

There is no user registration, personal area or customer account on this website. Browsing does not require you to sign up. The office login, if it is active, is reserved for association staff and is not a service for the public.

Requesting a taxi

A taxi is requested outside this site, on Taxixi. That service has its own owner and its own terms. When you follow the link you leave this website, and the request is governed by what Taxixi states, not by these terms: https://taxixi.com/ride.

The app linked from Google Play is likewise an external destination. The association does not replace the terms of that store or of the app.

Proper use

Anyone using the site agrees to do so lawfully. In particular, you must not:

• Impersonate the association, its drivers or another person.
• Introduce harmful code, force access to restricted areas or interfere with the working of the site.
• Extract content on a large scale if that harms the service or reuses the logo or the texts as if they were your own.
• Use the site to collect other people’s data or for an unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The texts and the CaleTaxi logo belong to the association or are used with its permission. You may read them on screen. Any other reproduction or use of the logo needs the association’s prior permission, except where the law allows it. Place photographs keep the authorship and the licence stated in the credits.

Liability

The information is offered so that the association can be known. The association tries to keep it correct, but it is not liable for interruptions of the site, for errors outside its control or for decisions someone takes using only what is read here. It is also not liable for the content, availability or terms of Taxixi, Google Play or other external links, once you leave this site.

Providing the taxi depends on an authorised vehicle being available and on the applicable rules. These terms do not guarantee a particular ride.

Changes

The association may change these terms by publishing the new text on this same page. It is worth reading them again when you return to the site. Continuing to use it after the change is published means you are aware of the version in force.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes about the use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Las Palmas, without prejudice to the mandatory venues that apply to consumers when the law does not allow them to waive those venues.
