What data this site processes

The public site has no booking form and no contact form. It does not ask for a name, telephone, email or other data in order to request a taxi or to write to the association, and it does not email the details of a request made here, because that request is not collected on this website. A taxi is requested on Taxixi, outside this site.

A visit may involve technical data that the site needs in order to work and stay secure:

• A Laravel session identifier and the XSRF-TOKEN security cookie, described in the cookie policy. They are not used to build a profile or for advertising, and they do not contain the name or the email of the person browsing.
• The hosting provider, as processor, may record connection data — for example the IP address, the date and the page requested — in order to serve the site and protect it. This policy does not publish the name of that provider.

If the association still holds requests received when a form existed, it keeps them in order to manage that earlier service and related issues. The rights in this policy can be exercised over them by writing to info@caletaxi.com. The current site no longer collects them.

The office login, when it is switched on, is used by association staff. It is not a public booking form or a public enquiry form.

Purpose and legal basis

The purpose is to offer the information site and keep it secure. The basis is the association’s legitimate interest in operating a secure website (article 6.1.f GDPR) and, strictly as needed to transmit the communication, the technical provision of the service itself.

There are no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies, so consent is not requested for them. Personal data are not sold and are not passed on so that a third party can advertise on its own account.

Recipients

• The hosting provider, as processor, only in order to host and serve the site.
• Taxixi and Google Play only if you follow those links. At that moment you leave this site and any later processing is done by that third party, under its own information. The association does not hand them a database of visitors.

International transfers

This site does not, on its own account, transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. If, after you follow an external link, Taxixi or Google Play process data and, where applicable, send them to other countries, that processing starts once you have left this website and is governed by that third party’s information.

Retention

Technical cookies last for the time stated in the cookie policy. Connection logs are kept for as long as security and the operation of the hosting require. This page does not set a number of days the association has not decided, and this website does not keep a customer file, because the site does not collect those data.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, under articles 15 to 22 GDPR, by writing to info@caletaxi.com. If a processing operation were based on your consent, you could withdraw it at any time; the technical processing described in this policy is not based on consent for advertising.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
